The candidate will lead and manage a team on the operations of GIRO collections, Checkoff and Life CPF collections and payments.
Responsibilities
Supports GIRO processing, Life CPF Collections and Check-off
Handle 3rd level escalated enquiries from internal/external customers
Review the work processes and update the standard operating procedures
Manage the daily CPF payment and collection processes and ensure the SLAs are met
Perform the quarterly reconciliation of CPF fund schemes with agent banks and CPFB
Support the GIRO collection and DDA approval cycles and activities
Prepare and collate the monthly management statistics
Lead and drive the e-initiatives on automation of GIRO processing
Handle system enhancements and testing
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in any discipline
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Insurance and/ or operations would be an advantage
Willingness to learn
Detailed, meticulous, organised and self-motivated
Pleasant and positive personality, and a team player
Proficient in Excel, Word
