Hiring -Senior Property Maintenance Staff (6 days rotating / Central / Up to $2.8k)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Supervise inventory management, equipment upkeep, and maintenance schedules, ensuring cleaning tools and equipment are well-stocked and in good condition.
Lead the team by overseeing the property cleaners’ activities, including scheduling, planning, and deployment.
Carry out general cleaning tasks in indoor corridors, including the maintenance of fixtures such as balustrades, railings, and glass panels.
Ensure restrooms are consistently cleaned, sanitary, and fully stocked with necessary consumables.
Clean escalators, passenger lifts, and service lift walls and floors.
Manage the cleaning of outdoor areas, including walkways, pavements, balconies, drop-off zones, and loading bays.
Trim and prune dead or overgrown hedges and foliage.
Perform periodic weeding in necessary areas.
Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of air-conditioning units in shared spaces.
Conduct regular grass cutting using a backpack brush cutter.

Requirements:
Must be able to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste
Diligent, efficient and well-mannered worker, willing to learn and be trained
Working Hours: Mon - Sun, 9am - 5.20pm (6 Days Rotating Shift)
