It took me 4 years to finally OPEN my own company, Arjava Employment Services, after many ups and downs of understanding the true nature of running a business as well as the people around me.
ARJAVA In Sanskrit means sincerity, straightness, non-hypocrisy, simplicity and humility. I believe that these qualities defines my company identity.
My services are of trust and I work towards not only understanding the employers requirements but also the qualities and capabilities of the helpers so that both the employers and helpers are able to work together in harmony.
