💭 The better question is: who actually takes the time to understand what I’m hiring for?

The right recruitment partner should be willing to:

→ Understand the problem behind the JD, ask the questions that uncover what you really need
→ Work with you to define what a realistic fit looks like
→ Be honest when expectations, budget, or the market don’t align

Because let’s be honest, recruitment works best as a two-way conversation, not a handover.
