𝐍𝐨 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬
- From July 1, 2025, the 14 to 26-year limit on work permit holders will be removed.
-The maximum employment age for these workers will be raised from 60 to 63, aligning with the local retirement age.

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐍𝐓𝐒)
- Occupation List will include heavy vehicle drivers, more manufacturing operator roles, and all cooks (not just Indian restaurant cooks).
- Bhutan, Cambodia, and Laos will be added as eligible hiring countries from June 1, 2025.
𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐒 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚
- The minimum S Pass salary will rise from $3,150 to $3,300 (except for financial services, which increases from $3,650 to $3,800).
- Salary will continue increasing progressively with age.
