- Operate Equipment/Tools/Machinery to prepare and assemble product.
- Assure product meets all quality standard
- Test and inspect products per procedure
- Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.
- Job required to stand throughout the working hours.
- With stable hands and no skin allergy

Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm or 7.30am to 4.30pm.

Allowance and OT is payable with AWS (13 month bonus)

- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process invoice and payment collection
- Booking of referral appointments
- Maintaining inventory levels and drugs dispensing
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

- Clinc Assistant or Retail Executive Experience.
- Able to dispense drugs especially TCM drugs or at least someone good in math.
- Possess at least an 'O' level, Nitec or Diploma qualifications
- Work Location in the West

5 day work week with a mixture of working hours:

- 9am to 2pm
- 9am to 9pm
- 2pm to 9pm
- On Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 5.30pm, 9am to 6pm and 9am to 9pm (rotate weekly)

To plan and achieve sales targets, consistent follow up on complaints & feedbacks, acquire market information and identify new markets.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales & marketing plan.
- Organize daily visit to local customers & prospects.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers & prospects through personal contact or meetings or via telephone, etc.
- Conduct market research
- Handle andle all sales & marketing related matters & activities including both offline and online.
- Attend regular sales meetings (if applicable) and submit relevant reports.
- Planning by using excel format – daily Jobs Tracking Planning (JTP)
- Submission of daily dentist/dental clinic visit and weekly report.
- Report at HQ meetings both offline or online

Requirements:
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Outdoor Sales)
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and Customer-Oriented.
- Effectively Bilingual, Independent, Results-Oriented, Motivated and Goal-Driven.

Commission will be provided on top of the monthly salary.
