Many people who are like you have attended our career consultation session that is aim to help those who are retrenched to identify good employment opportunities amidst this pandemic. We have also helped fresh graduates as well. You need to know that there are still many good jobs available, but what most people don't know is where to find them and how to fit in. The mindset needs to be correct also. This is where we come in. Our coaching sessions are specially created for this purpose. Remember, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, when one door closes, another opens. As long as you come with an open mind, we are confident to show you a way out. Many people have found their path, so can you.

This consultation is worth $299, and we only have limited time to coach 30 people due to our busy schedule during this period. And the good news for the first 30 applicants, it is complimentary.

However, for us to be in touch with you, you should be someone who :

1) is a Singaporean/ SPR residing in Singapore
2) Posses at least a recognised diploma/ A Level cert
3) have some sales experience but not a must (able to demonstrate you are an achiever)
4) Have a positive and open mind to explore jobs that are different from what you used to do (i.e. not the stubborn type and are ready to move out of your comfort zone)
5) Urgently need to earn an income to support your family
6) Prepared to be re-skilled

We want people who are good with numbers, a great communicator, have the ability to think out of the box. Imagine this. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on your diploma and degree, you still cannot find a job, and to escape from the reality of finding out why, you think doing another degree is the solution. This is a time to rethink about the value of a degree. When the economic situation worsens, many overseas universities that are relying heavily on the revenue from foreign students will be impacted, some may even shut down (there are news of such happening in Australia, see https://thepienews.com/news/australia-govt-guarantees-au18bn-funding-to-he-sector/). This is not exactly the best time to spend more money and earn another paper qualification. It’s not going to help much in a disrupted economy. What you need is a change of mindset to examine what really is lacking and ask how you can fill this gap. In every crisis there lies new opportunities. Can you uncover them?

It is inevitable that more jobs will be lost as the world grapples with the COVID19 pandemic. Singapore will not be spared either. Other than taking on courses and training, you need to think out of the box and have a very different mindset about what you should take on as your next job if you are serious about protecting your income. We picked this off a recent report by Jobstreet and asked “Are job seekers being realistic ?” The answer really depends. If you are looking for a job, then you are definitely subjected to an income ceiling because of demand and supply factors. However, if you can demonstrate why you are worth the employer paying 30% more to hire you, and there is no one else competing with you, you have a higher chance of landing that position. But what we want to challenge you is to think out of the box, if there’s a better way to get your 30% or even more ? Good morning Monday ! As the world continues to battle the Covid19 Pandemic, let’s not forget to continue our lives as it should be. In the post COVID world, there is an ever growing importance to adopt an open mindset to Learn, Unlearn and Relearn. Singapore PM Lee already said in his Labour Day speech ‘Jobs will disappear as coronavirus speeds up digital disruption’. It is inevitable that some sectors are facing extinction while others such as biotech, food production, delivery, e commerce, medical and IT will be the rising stars. Always remember that when one door closes, another opens, so stop looking for closed doors and start searching for the ones that are opening.
