Position: Recruitment Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities
• Well verse in full recruitment process including interview, feedback, coordinating interviews with various hiring managers, and offer process
• Capable in building a diverse pipeline of clients/candidates using creative sourcing channels
• Work together with teams to understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience
• Adhere and maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed
• Design and build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts
• Create successful sourcing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to team members and key stakeholders
• Supporting other recruitment needs as needed
Candidate Profile
• Able to build meaningful relationships with hiring leaders and candidates
• Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles
• Ability to hire and manage recruitment process for multiple job positions at a time
• Experience in a dynamic hyper-growth environment coupled with the ability to adapt on the fly and address concerns across the business as they come up
• Has the ability to balance expertise with creativity when it comes to improving process, practices, and employer brand
