Is self-care part of your priorities this year?
I used to tuck self-care into a “later” box, but health is wealth —your physical and mental stamina directly affect how confident and resilient you are in a job search and in life.

This year committed to three simple, cost-free rituals:
BE CALM — Quiet, screen-free breakfasts savouring my meal, just me, my tastebuds and my thoughts, AND 30 minutes reading after lunch while having tea;
BE ACTIVE — at least 1 km walks daily (more on weekends) while learning a new language and do 5 squats while waiting for my tea water to boil.
BE REFLECTIVE — Create a nightly 3-good-things gratitude list for 365 days. Also keep a journal of Ideas for 2026 to be able to capture them in a place that I can go back to, then classify them into GOOF OR BAD IDEAS at some point in the year.
These small, consistent habits are easy to fit into a busy schedule and will help you show up clearer, calmer and more energised for opportunities. Which habit would you want to try?
