NextWave is looking for a person who has a working experience as a translator in infrastructure projects in Japan or overseas. You will be translating among Japanese and English in the meetings including technical terms related to construction of offshore wind projects.

They are currently working on multiple projects and you will have the opportunity to contribute to their products across the entire development life cycle. This position is open for Java engineers with 1 to 5 years of experience or fresh graduates with a degree in computer science. The ideal candidate understands algorithms, data structures, Implementation, and Java development frameworks such as Spring.

Responsibilities



· Design, develop and maintain java code for their solutions.
· Contributing in all stages of the development life cycle.
· Find any bottlenecks and bugs in the applications and create solutions for these issues.
· Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
· Make sure the applications are updated and secure.



Requirements



· Graduated with a computer science degree.
· Excellent understanding of Java development frameworks such as Spring.
· Familiarity with database-related technology such as Mysql/ Mongodb.
· IoT experience is not mandatory for this role.

Be the technical leader, ensure project timeline and technical specifications are met

Communicate cross-functionally across business development and engineering to drive improvement and delivery dependencies in the company's product

Requirements

Minimally holding Bachelors in Computer Science or related technical area
Holding at least 5 years of experience in enterprise and cloud technologies, having designed solutions for large applications
Be able to read technical specifications such as W3C, IETF or Proprietary specs to translate technical requirements to business language for internal and external stakeholders
Has excellent ability to handle technical and specialized products in the field of data management and identity
Must have working experience in working with REST APIs, Cloud and Enterprise Infrastructure
Ideally someone with CISSP knowledge, and working experience in setting up PKIs Information Security Standard like PCI DSS
Demonstrate ability to adapt quickly in a high pace environment

About the Role
We are working with a leading Professional Services Provider in IT who are targeting large enterprises who are looking to enhance their operation through program and project management, portfolio optimisation, project review and recovery and change management.

This will be an Account Management Role positioned to develop, leverage and drive their current services by ensuring the business is identifying and converting high value services engagements from existing national portfolios as well as opening new name clients.

Responsibilities


Maintaining strong positive relationships with customers sales and delivery teams.
Leading their delivery team.
Providing technical and people leadership with an emphasis on problem solving and supporting staff on site.
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities for the company

Requirements


3+ years in IT Service sales.
Technical Knowledge in IT
Commercial mindset along with inside knowledge of Brisbane market
Passion for building and nurturing professional relationships with customers
Experience with high volume level of work.
