Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Logistics)
Location: Pelapasan Tanjung Pelepas, Johor
Working Days: 5 days alternate Saturday
(Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat on alternate week 9am to 1pm)
Salary: RM3500-RM5500
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer enquiries related to delivery schedules, shipment status, and logistics arrangements
Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
Prepare and update delivery orders, invoices, and shipment documentation
Monitor shipment progress and proactively inform customers of any delays or issues
Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction
Update customer records accurately in the system
Communicate clearly in English (spoken and written) with customers, drivers, and internal teams
Support administrative tasks related to logistics and customer service
Ensure smooth communication flow between customers and operations teams
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of working experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or related field
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Ability to operate computer for email and chat
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to multitask, work independently, and handle fast-paced logistics environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
Customer-oriented, responsible, and a team player
