Employers are responsible for their migrant domestic worker’s health and well-being. This includes providing balanced meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
Employers should also allow their domestic worker flexibility in her food choices, or provide her with money so she can buy her own meals.
Having meals together is also a good way for your domestic worker to integrate and bond with your family!
