Job Scope for Service Crew
- Cashiering duties
- Greeting and attending to customers' needs
- Prepare bar drinks
- Service the customers as per customers' needs
- Maintaining cleanliness of work stations
- Cleaning & sanitizing of restaurant

Job scope for Kitchen Crew/ Helper
- Basic food preparation
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperature
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures
- Cook & prepare meals for customers
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

**Part time Server : from $12 per hr (subject to experiences)
**Part-time Cook/ Chef : from $15 per hr (subject to experiences)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Restaurant Service Crew (Waiter/Waitress) to support our client's expansion.

The successful incumbent will assist the Restaurant Manager in the following areas:

1) Creates a warm and unique dining experience for all guests

2) Promotes Restaurant specialties and offers recommendations

3) Greet and serve the guest in a prompt and professional manner

4) Handle payment and reservation duties

5) Undertake F&B related duties including but not limited to restaurant set-up, cleaning duties, table setting and etc

6) Knowledge of bar will be an advantage

Requirements

1) Good team player
2) Good presentation and communication skills
3) Customer service oriented
4) Able to work on rotating shifts (no night shift) and 6 days work week (including weekend and public holiday)
5) With 2 to 3 years service experience

Kitchen Staff Responsibilities:

Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
Packaging customers' leftover food upon request.
Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.

Kitchen Staff Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar position.
Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.

- Able to prepare Western/ Spanish/ Italian cuisine to specifications before and during operations.
- Design menus that enhance customers’ culinary experience while keeping up high quality.
- Cooks all food to proper specifications in a timely manner.
- Ensures freshness and quality of all menu items.
- Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
- Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items.

Job Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in Spanish or Italian cuisines

- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
