Our founder, Mr Keisuke Kafuku, created World Mode Holdings (WMH) because of his fervor to place retail professionals in Japan since 1999. Through passion and hard work, WMH now stands as the only solution provider specialising in the fashion industry in Japan, obtaining the largest market share of recruiting sales professionals, with over 1000 Beauty and Fashion retail clients.
