We are an employment agency, specializing only in Myanmar helpers. The reason for our specialty is that we have our own training centre in Yangon, providing our candidates with both skill and language training.
Our advantage of having a centre in Yangon is we can have full control of the recruitment of our candidates. Our local recruiter is a helper herself, having worked in Singapore for 8 years with a single employer. Her responsibilities is to make sure our candidates are suitable to work in Singapore and understands the difficulties in working in a totally unfamiliar environment.
However, our main emphasis on training is to make sure the mindset of our candidates are positively tuned towards what is expected of them when they are here.
Our service starts from understanding the specific needs of our clients. We will then match their needs to the characteristic of our candidates' pool and shortlist them for the interview and selection. The duration for the whole recruitment exercise should not take more than a month.
We place great emphasis on after sales service. We are committed to ensuring you have peace of mind after you have hired your helper, for the entire duration of her employment contract.
