Waiting for the next opportunity doesn't mean sitting around waiting. 👀

For the transfer helpers staying with us, we use the time we have together to observe, guide, practise and build confidence — from cooking and housekeeping to everyday routines. 🌱

Because sometimes, a fresh start just needs a little preparation. ❤️

Today, she's in our kitchen.
Tomorrow, she could be cooking for her new family. 👩‍🍳🏠

50 helpers. One day that wasn't about work. ❤️

For one day, no routines. No responsibilities. No rushing from one task to another.

Just good food, silly games, new friendships, lots of laughter — and the freedom to simply enjoy the day. ☀️🌴

Many of these ladies came to Singapore leaving behind families, friends and everything familiar to build a better future.

We may have brought them together for a day at Sentosa, but what we hope they take home is something much bigger:

A friendship. A connection. A community they can call their own. ❤️

Because behind every helper is a person with her own story, dreams and life beyond work.

Beyond work. Beyond placement.
You matter to us. 🌷

THE LAST STOP. BUT DEFINITELY NOT THE END. 🇮🇩❤️

Six days.
So many roads travelled.
So many people met.
Countless conversations, ideas and memories.

From busy cities to smaller communities, from established partners to little stopovers along the way — every visit reminded me of one thing:

Business is ultimately about people.

And our final stop was especially meaningful.

A partner who has been with Charming May since Day 1.

Years of working together, supporting each other, sharing challenges and growing together — and this time, they welcomed us with such a warmth, helping us on our journey to Yogyakarta, and ending our trip with a wonderful dinner and a long overdue catch-up.

These are the relationships we treasure.

Because a good partnership isn't measured only by what we achieve together.

It’s measured by the trust that remains, the support that continues, and the people who stay beside you through the journey.

We came to Indonesia to meet our partners.

We left with something much more valuable:

Stronger connections. Deeper understanding. And many more reasons to keep building together.
