*(M & E) Quantity Surveyor*

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing M&E tender and contract
documents, performing cost analysis, providing procurement strategy advice, and overseeing
the entire lifecycle of projects, from feasibility studies to completion. This role also involves
ensuring compliance with relevant standards, managing commercial risks, and maintaining a
strong relationship with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare M&E tender and contract documents, including the bill of quantities, in
collaboration with the architect and/or client.
• Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance works.
• Assist in identifying client requirements and conducting feasibility studies for projects.
• Oversee risk management, value management, and cost control activities.
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and commercial risks.
