We are looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, great initiative, sense of responsibility, well organized and able to operate independently and autonomously. Well versed with procedures, workflow and abide by rules and regulations set forth by the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take charge of the full spectrum of Accounts Payable
• Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, arranging payments, preparing vouchers, general ledger entries, Salary and filing in timely manner
• Prepare month-end closing including preparing accounts schedules, bank reconciliation etc
• Preparation of accurate and timely tax and audit submissions as well as being the main point of contact for all tax (GST, Corporate Tax, WHT, etc.) and statutory audit matters
Job requirements:
To qualify, successful individuals should possess:
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related Accounting qualifications
• Applicants with relevant experience and F&B industry is a advantage
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines and able to pay meticulous attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
