Last week, business leaders from across our 19 Asian cities flew down to Singapore for UEP 2026, our leadership development programme designed to elevate their leadership and business acumen.

Hosted at the Grand Hyatt, the 4-day programme covered topics ranging from coaching, conflict resolution, sustainable performance and AI, the focus was simple: become better leaders by becoming better coaches, communicators and collaborators. It was also a chance for leaders from different cities to get to know one another, exchange perspectives and learn from each other’s experiences.

We wrapped up with a graduation dinner, celebrating new connections, shared experiences and a stronger sense of community across our markets. For our leaders, the conversations and connections built across our markets are only just getting started.

Last week, our Singapore office hosted a wellness pop-up with Blood, providing sanitary pads and heat patches to our female colleagues as part of our ongoing focus on health and wellbeing.

Because sometimes, looking after our people means paying attention to the little things that make a difference. Comfort matters, and so does creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, in big ways and small.

Giving back, one walk at a time.

Last Saturday, we volunteered for Walk for Good, a guided community walk through the heart of Marine Parade, held in support of SG Cares Volunteer Centre and Marine Parade Community Spaces.

The walk brought residents together to rediscover their neighbourhood's heritage, community facilities, and local businesses that make Marine Parade home.

At HRnetGroup, we strongly believe that strong communities are built by people who show up for one another. For us, purpose and passion doesn't stop at the workplace.
