- Must be in Singapore now
- Prefers candidates who has experience in handling both site ~70% and office ~30% job scopes

Duties:
- Responsible to monitor security, health and safety of everyone at worksite
- Provide technical advice and quality control at site daily
- Supervise materials and people
- Plan the work to be done and organize things so that deadlines are met
- Make sure designs are applied correctly
- Liaise with main and sub-cons, site manager, client and consultants
