🛡️ IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR EMPLOYERS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN – Measles Vaccination Requirement 👶💉

Starting 1 September 2025, all migrant domestic workers (MDWs) working in households with young children under 7 years old who are not fully vaccinated against measles must be vaccinated against measles.

This new rule is to protect infants who are too young to receive the measles vaccine themselves.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:

✅ If you have children under 7, you must declare their vaccination status and your helper’s immunity or vaccination proof when applying or renewing a Work Permit.

✅ If your helper is not yet vaccinated, you must book a vaccination appointment and bear the cost.

✅ Helpers with proof of immunity (e.g. vaccination records or serology results) do not need to be vaccinated again.

✅ Failure to comply may result in suspension of work pass privileges.
