We are looking for an energetic Assistant Port Captain to support the marine and HSSE operations of a growing Singapore-based in-house ship management company.
This role is ideal for a seafarer transitioning ashore or someone early in their shore-based maritime career. You will be part of a dedicated ship management team, working alongside Port Captains, HSSE personnel, and technical staff to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient vessel operations. The role involves frequent ship visits, active participation in inspections, audits, crew engagement, and HSSE initiatives.
