Your role:
✅ Recruit candidates for manufacturing, logistics, F&B, and other frontline positions.
✅ Advertise jobs on FastJobs, MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, and social media.
✅ Screen candidates, arrange interviews, and coordinate placements.
✅ Manage recruitment pipelines and build relationships with clients and candidates.
Requirements:
🔹 CEI certified: Basic or KAH.
🔹 At least two years of recruitment experience.
🔹 Experience in blue-collar, frontline, or mass hiring preferred.
🔹 Independent, resourceful, and comfortable working towards targets.
