📢 We are hiring Junior Sous Chef!
Work Location: Bandar Sunway, Kuala Lumpur
Job Scope:
▪️Assist the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service.
▪️Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and workflow.
▪️Train and mentor junior staff on recipes, techniques, hygiene, and safety practices.
▪️Monitor food storage, labeling, and temperature control while minimizing waste.
Job Requirements:
▪️SPM, Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
▪️Minimum 6 years of professional kitchen experience.
▪️Must have hands-on experience in Chinese, Malay, and Western kitchens.
