Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate Bills of material and Operating conditions for new & regular product.
✔ Review and check sales orders for materials, machine loading and capacity.
✔ Monitor material consumption and ensure materials' availability & allocation.
✔ Schedule production plan and machine routings for orders received (typically 8 weeks)
✔ Allocate manpower resource, manage overtime and duty roster for shifts.
✔ Manage production plan with Production team resource to meet delivery dates.
✔ Oversee purchase order updates and creation of assembly orders
✔ Produce regular production reports (Kpi) covering waste & production efficiency
✔ Review efficiency reports with team for quality, performance, and waste management.
✔ Plan monthly raw material based on 8 weeks production plan, monitor weekly consumption.
✔ Interface with Customer, agree priorities for production orders scheduled and manage associated updates to the plan
