Job Scope:
• Interview labour worker & interview questions that analyze interviewee
• Preparing HR documents, i.e. employment contracts, letter typing and recruitment guides
• Maintaining employee records (Basic Information, ID copies, Birthday, Injection, Bank Information)
• Updating Attendance / Leave / OT/ Late databases & assist in labour worker payroll
• Establishing related company Policies and educate everyone in the company
• HR Metric / Organizational Chart
• Communicate with job agency for labour workers hiring matter
• Keep track in foreign worker visa matter
• Employee medical Insurance Matter
• Organize team building event/ activities
• Planning employee training schedule
• Office Administration Matter
Requirements & Remarks:
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in human resources or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related roles.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to problem-solving and reporting
• Ability to work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment
