About the Role
We are recruiting Mechanical Design Engineers to work on hydraulic control valves used in construction machinery such as excavators and cranes. You will be involved from specification planning to design, development, and preparation for mass production.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate specifications with domestic and international machinery manufacturers
• Perform detailed design and development
• Share design processes internally and support rollout
• Register design data and support mass‑production preparation
• Participate in quality improvement projects
• Handle design, testing, and hydraulic adjustment with strong ownership

Ideal Candidates
• Experience in mechanical design (machinery, pumps, compressors, fluid systems, etc.)
• Japanese communication ability (N3 or higher)

Working Conditions
• Flextime system (core 11:00–13:45)
• Standard hours: 8:15–16:45
• Approx. 20–30 hours overtime per month
