【Plan For Future | Navigating Subject Choices & DSE Preparation✨】
🌱Every decision you make shapes your future. The JA Plan for Future "Subject Selection & DSE Tips Seminar" invites student volunteers to share their experience on how they explore their study pathways, prepare for DSE, and make the most of the campus life. ✨

For this session, we have invited Hilary Chiu, a year 4 student at the University of Hong Kong. Drawing on her background as a former Hong Kong Windsurfing Team athlete 🏄‍♀️, Hilary highlighted the crucial role of time management, discipline, and perseverance. She also shared how she learned and grew through every challenge, turning those experiences into valuable fuel for her future. ✨

💬 One student shared: "I used to have so many doubts about subject selection and future study plan. After hearing the talk today, I realised the most important thing isn't following someone else's path but understanding your own interests and goals. Now I have a much clearer direction for my future!"

🚀 From knowing little about money management to learning how to budget and set financial goals, Form 4 student Wen Wai To from Kiangsu-Chekiang College (Kwai Chung), has experienced a remarkable transformation through the DBS Foundation x JA Finance Park . By consistently saving 20% to 30% of his monthly allowance, Wai To achieved his goal of purchasing his dream gaming console within just six months. More importantly, he discovered that good financial management is a powerful tool for turning aspirations into reality.

Now, he is setting his sights on a new goal: saving up for a computer so he can learn programming and better prepare himself for university and future career opportunities. 💡

❤️ Queenie Man (The Project Futurus)| Founder & CEO, Social Enterprise The Project Futurus
Established the social enterprise in 2018 to promote positive and dignified ageing. Through innovative initiatives such as "Captain Softmeal" and "Sensory Restaurant on Wheels™", the immersive dim sum experience has been delivered to over 6,000 elderly individuals facing dementia and swallowing difficulties, delivering over 110,000 servings of softmeal in the community.
