Inspired by the Jockey Club Life Adventure Opportunity Hub (JCLAOH), students from TWGHs Hong Kong and Kowloon Electrical Appliances Merchants Association Limited School created an eco-song “Dream Home”, conveying their care and hopes for our planet home through music.. 💚🏡

“Dream Home” reflects a shared vision for a cleaner and more sustainable world. 【The Inspiring Journey of Young CEOs 🥳🌟】
From Community Entrepreneurial Officer (CEO) workshops 📚, community visits🔍, and the Online Global Pitching 💻, to the Community Fair 🎪, these Primary 4–6 students stepped up to become CEOs, unlocking their potential and turning creativity into real-world community impact 💥!

This year, the Jockey Club Life Adventure Opportunity Hub (JCLAOH) has connected over 50 primary schools with more than 80 community partners 🤝, empowering over 8,700 students to go beyond classrooms 🏫🏃‍♂️. 【✈️🔧Discover the World of Aviation Engineering🌟】
In the Small Parts Shape the Future Competition 2026, jointly organised by HAECO and JA, students visited the HAECO Tseung Kwan O Training Academy and the base maintenance facilities at the airport, gaining first-hand insights into the daily operations of aircraft engineering. 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧✈️

During the visits, students took on hands-on tasks, including using professional tools to install aircraft components, explore the internal structure of aircraft wings, and learning about aviation safety standards, while learning about aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory standards. They were impressed by the technical expertise and teamwork that empowers the aviation industry.
The student teams will further refine their innovative aircraft designs. We look forward to seeing how their small ideas can make a big impact! 💪✨

【“Post to Compete Comic Creation Advocacy Challenge 2026 Awards Ceremony🌟】
In partnership with the Competition Commission, the “Post to Compete” Comic Creation Advocacy Challenge📢, encouraged students to combine their creativity with AI technology, and create comics to promote the Competition Ordinance! 🎨🤖

Students incorporated Competition Ordinance into engaging storylines, with comic designs spanning from ancient times to the modern era, from the human world to the animal kingdom, and even into the world of anime. Through their creative, entertaining, and educational works, the key messages of the Competition Ordinance is promoted to a wider audience.

由香港飛機工程有限公司（HAECO）與JA合辦的「小零件大未來比賽」，正式展開一段將創意轉化為實際方案的學習旅程。

上月超過 160名來自41間學校的師生，聯同HAECO 義工參與創新營活動。活動以飛機工程面對的真實挑戰為背景，透過設計思維及創新工作坊，鼓勵同學運用創意思維和解難能力，構思具可持續發展價值的未來航空方案。過程中，同學們不但深入了解航空工程行業的發展機遇，亦加深認識 HAECO在 ESG 及可持續發展方面的承諾與實踐。 活動亮點之一，是由 HAECO 義工主講的分享環節 「如何推動創新：從小創意到大影響」。講者透過真實案例及親身經歷，分享創新、協作及持續改進如何推動業務發展，並為客戶、員工及社區創造更大價值。

創新營只是起點。接下來，同學們將有機會走進 HAECO 將軍澳培訓學院及機場維修基地，進一步探索航空維修世界，並持續完善及發展他們的創新方案。

【✈️🌈 Taking Flight: Small Parts Shape the Future Inspiring the Next Generation of Aircraft Engineers 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧】
The “Small Parts Shape the Future Competition 2026”, jointly organised by HAECO and Junior Achievement Hong Kong (JAHK), has officially launched an exciting journey that transforms creative ideas into practical solutions.

Last month, more than 160 students and teachers from 41 schools joined HAECO volunteers at our Innovation Camp. Through design thinking and innovation workshops based on real aviation engineering challenges, participants explored creative and sustainable solutions for the future of aviation. Students also gained valuable insights into careers in aviation and HAECO's commitment to ESG and sustainability. A highlight of the event was a HAECO volunteer-led sharing session, where volunteers shared how innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement can turn small ideas into meaningful impact.

The Innovation Camp is just the beginning. In the months ahead, students will have the opportunity to visit the HAECO Tseung Kwan O Training Academy and our base maintenance facilities at the airport, gaining first-hand insight into the world of aircraft maintenance while continuing to refine and develop their innovative ideas.

We look forward to seeing all teams continue to think creatively, challenge boundaries and turn their ideas into practical solutions throughout the competition. Together, they will show how small ideas can make a big impact. 🤩✈️
