Some emails stay with you.

This one arrived a few weeks ago from Tina, a department manager who has worked with Simon, our audiology consultant, for many years. She was writing to let him know she is retiring in October after 48 years in audiology.

In it she wrote: "You are the most compassionate professional who always had our back and fought injustice in our profession which is so rare."
