As we head into the New Year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the festive campaign we shared with everyone we work with over the past couple of weeks.

Rather than running a traditional giveaway, we chose to focus on something more meaningful. We encouraged people to pause and reflect on the year just gone, to think about what they were proud of, grateful for and looking forward to in 2026. After a year that has had its fair share of ups and downs, it felt important to create space for that.

Reading the messages we received truly warmed our hearts. Hearing about personal milestones, achievements and the small moments that meant the most was a reminder of how much there is to be proud of, even when the year feels tough.

If you haven’t already, we’d really encourage you to take five minutes for yourself as you head into the New Year. We don’t give ourselves enough grace, and sometimes a short moment of uninterrupted time is all it takes to realise just how much you’ve achieved... (and if you do feel like sharing anything you’re proud of, grateful for or hoping to achieve in 2026, our inboxes are always open and we’d love to hear from you!)
