Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We're recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy team in Shipley.

📍 Shipley, West Yorkshire
💷 £26,277.50 basic salary + progression to £30,000+ OTE
🏡 Hybrid working opportunities after 6 months (subject to KPI achievement)
🕒 Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 8am–6pm (37.5 hours per week)

The role will involve:
Handling around 40 inbound calls per day
Supporting customers via phone, email, webchat, and social media
Resolving queries and providing first-class service
Working towards individual and team KPIs
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for customers

We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 2 years' customer service experience
Is a confident and empathetic communicator
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is organised, proactive, and customer-focused
