🎉 15 YEARS AT MPI 🎉
This month we’re celebrating a fantastic milestone as Adam Bergh marks 15 years with MPI!
Adam’s journey with us has taken him from booking training courses for contractors, into recruitment on our Test desk, progressing to Lead Recruiter, and now into his role as Rail Co-ordinator. Over the years, he’s played a key part in supporting our teams, customers, and contractors, always helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Adam is known across the business (and beyond!) for his positive attitude, great sense of humour, and constant smile. He’s a real favourite with contractors and colleagues alike, always ready to help out, solve a problem, or bring a bit of light relief to the day.
And of course… we can’t forget his incredible (and slightly suspicious 👀) track record in office competitions – somehow, Adam always seems to have the luck of the gods when prizes are involved!
Most importantly, Adam is passionate about helping others develop and progress, and takes real pride in seeing the wider team grow and succeed.
A huge thank you, Adam, for your loyalty, hard work, and everything you’ve contributed over the last 15 years. We’re proud to have you as part of the MPI team.
