Weโre looking for a Registered Manager to take the reins of a dynamic residential home supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs.
This is a leadership role with purpose, energy and impact, where no two days look the same.

โข Shaping a home where young people feel safe, heard and supported to thrive
โข Keeping everything running smoothly day-to-day (and occasionally firefighting like a pro ๐ฅ)
โข Making sure Ofsted standards arenโt just met, but smashed
โข Championing independence, confidence and real-life skills for young people
โข Working closely with families, professionals and multi-disciplinary teams
โข Managing budgets, staffing and occupancy with confidence and control
โข Supporting and developing your team through supervision, coaching and guidance
โข Ensuring safeguarding is always front and centre
โข Driving creativity in activities, routines and community involvement
โข Keeping records, reports and compliance sharp, accurate and up to date
โข Leading change, improving quality and making things better every day
