💷 £35,000 - £37,000 DOE
💰 Monthly bonus when labour targets are hit
⏰ Mon-Fri | 8:30am-5pm
📅 Saturday rota | 8:30am-12:30pm
💷 Saturday paid at time and a half

NXT Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Class 4 MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join their team.

This is a testing-focused role, so if MOT testing is your thing, this could be a great opportunity.

🔧 The role will mainly involve:
• Class 4 MOT testing
• Vehicle inspections and identifying faults
• Servicing and routine maintenance
• Repairs and general mechanical work when the MOT bay isn't in use
• Working towards monthly labour targets

The package is straightforward too:

✅ £35k-£37k salary depending on experience
✅ Monthly bonus for hitting the labour target
✅ Time and a half for Saturday hours
✅ Full-time, permanent position
✅ Predominantly MOT-focused work

Simon, Raluca and Sarah have had a brilliant day at the Carlisle Youth Zone Race Day, spending time with some of our lovely clients and enjoying a great afternoon together.

A huge thank you to everyone at Carlisle Youth Zone for putting on such an amazing event — and a special congratulations to Hannah Turner on her first CYZ event! You absolutely smashed it and we couldn’t be prouder of you! Top effort from Ian Milburn as always! 💙
