We carry out rigorous fitness and recruitment checks on our staff, including criminal record searches. We invest in quality training to ensure our staff offer the very best care possible, whilst giving them a gateway to career progression. This gives us the edge over our competitors as our staff retention rates are excellent as our staff feel valued and have job security. This in turn enables our clients, customers and service users to receive a consistent, reliable and quality service from happy people. PRIMERA has been awarded platinum status with Health Trust Europe and in its recent inspection was given a ‘Good Rating’ from the Commission for Social Care Inspection, for all aspects of our provision.

Dear Team.

Thank you for your continued dedication, kindness and hard work, especially during this very hot weather. Your commitment to attending care calls and supporting our customers every day does not go unnoticed and is truly appreciated.

Please remember to take care of yourselves as well. Stay hydrated throughout the day, wear light and comfortable clothing where appropriate, use shade whenever possible, and don’t hesitate to carry an umbrella or take short moments to cool down between visits. Your wellbeing is just as important.
There are also free cool spaces available across London through local councils, including many libraries that offer seating, cooler environments and free drinking water if needed during your shift.

Where possible, please also make sure customers have extra drinks left nearby and encourage them to stay hydrated during the warmer days.

Thank you again for the care, compassion and reassurance you bring to people in our community every single day. Please stay safe and look after yourselves and each other.

This beautiful photo was captured by the family of our wonderful customer, Retenella, as she celebrated her incredible 90th birthday surrounded by love and cherished memories 💐🎂

We are truly grateful to "Enella", as this is how she wishes to be addressed, and her family for welcoming us into their home and allowing us to be part of her journey over the past 3 years. During this time, Enella and her dedicated carer, Tahmina, have built a truly special bond — one built on trust, companionship, kindness, and daily support.

From sharing smiles and conversations, learning all the little likes and dislikes that make someone unique, to supporting with the most personal and important moments of daily life, Tahmina has been there every step of the way with compassion and care 💚
