A huge congratulations to the Cavaliers on their first win of the season! 👏

And a special mention to captain Bailey Ferguson, who absolutely smashed it with an incredible 151 runs off just 97 balls! 🔥 What a knock!

A fun fact about Bailey: he is soon marrying our Heidi from PJL Human Resources ❤️ So we think it’s fair to say he’s already part of the FleetMine/PJL family!

We will be keeping a close eye on Bailey’s season this year and sharing updates on him, including his representative cricket commitments along the way! Not saying he’s our favourite… but 151 runs certainly puts him in a pretty good position! 😂😉

At PJL and FleetMine, we’re all about supporting our local sporting clubs, backing our community and celebrating the people who make it special.

🦺 Safety First at PJL! 🔥

This morning, the PJL team came together for a Work Safety BBQ to highlight something that will always be a top priority for us: The safety and wellbeing of our people.

At PJL, we take workplace safety seriously. No job is more important than making sure our team goes home safe and sound to their families at the end of every shift. ❤️

Taking the time to talk about safety, look out for one another and reinforce safe work practices is an important part of the way we work.

It was great to get the PJL team together this morning, enjoy a BBQ and remind ourselves that safety is everyone's responsibility.

Because at the end of the day, the most important thing we do is make sure everyone gets home.

Heavy Diesel Fitters - King Island, Tasmania

PJL Group is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our underground maintenance team at the Dolphin Tungsten Mine on King Island, Tasmania.

This position operates on a 14 days on / 14 days off FIFO roster, with flights available from major Australian cities. Accommodation and meals are also provided.

You will be working across a modern underground mining fleet, including Sandvik, Caterpillar and Volvo equipment, completing planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault finding and preventative maintenance.

Another load of containers are leaving the PJL site, packed and ready to head to a customer as part of our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service.

At PJL Group, we don’t just supply equipment and parts, we can take the hassle out of inventory management too.

🚧 THREE TURN-KEY PROJECTS. THREE LOCATIONS. ONE PJL GROUP. 🚧

What started with our first turn-key operation at Kanmantoo Copper Mine in South Australia, has grown into something we're incredibly proud of.

Today, PJL Group is delivering three major turn-key mining operations simultaneously across Australia:

📍Kanmantoo Copper Mine - South Australia. Now in its fourth year and still delivering.
📍Hillgrove Mine – Northern NSW. Alongside Larvotto Resources on the Hillgrove Antimony-Gold Project, with PJL providing a complete equipment, maintenance, parts and operational support solution.
📍Dolphin Mine – King Island, TAS. Our third turn-key operation, now fully operational with our team on site.

With whole underground equipment fleets, including loaders, drills, trucks, and ancillary equipment, maintenance crews, parts and inventory supply, reporting and operational support, PJL Group is managing the complete maintenance solution for our customers.

In total we are supplying up to 50 assets across the three sites, maintaining close to 150 assets with up to 100 personnel delivering these projects. This reflects the depth of our people, strength of our systems and PJL Group's capability to deliver complex, large-scale turn-key solutions in mining.

🎉10 YEARS OF LARRY! 🎉

Today, the PJL family celebrated a pretty special milestone, 10 years of service and dedication from Tyran “Larry” Skelton! 👏

Affectionately known as Larry to the PJL family, Tyran has been a hardworking and valued member of the team for the past decade. Over the years, he’s taken on many different roles and duties across the business, always bringing the same great work ethic and commitment to the job.

Larry genuinely loves what he does and considers PJL his second family, and we think it’s safe to say the feeling is very much mutual! ❤️

To celebrate his 10-year milestone, the team gathered today for a BBQ lunch, good food, plenty of laughs and a well-deserved celebration. 🥩🍔

Congratulations Larry 10 years is a fantastic achievement!

Thank you for everything you’ve contributed to PJL over the past decade. We’re lucky to have you as part of the family! 🦺👏
