Protech are currently recruiting for experienced Civil- Haul Truck, plant operators, Labourers in Orange NSW on a large ongoing project.

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Immediate start
• 8/6 roster
• Rates $51.40 - $60.29 depending on the role
• Daily travel allowance
• Plant Operators can be local, DIDO or FIFO (out of Brisbane) with flights, Accommodation and meals paid for, for the FIFO/DIDO.
• Labourers must be local.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist large civil earthworks project.
• Multiple Roles include operating the following – Excavator 36T, 49T, 120T, 260T/Grader 14M/Dump Truck/ Roller/Water Cart.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow safety procedures, practices and reporting.
• Follow strict mining rules and regulations.

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Valid drivers licence
• Experience within Civil Construction or Mining Industry.
• Experience operating any of the following – Excavator 36T, 49T, 120T, 260T/Grader 14M/Dump Truck/ Roller/Water Cart.
• Relevant plant tickets RII/VOC.

Protech are looking for 2 x experienced Trainer and Assessor’s to perform work with our client, located on a large project here in Orange NSW.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Training and Assessor role ensures the projects operational employees’ and contractors are equipped with the appropriate skills to perform their roles in a safe and efficient manner, whilst ensuring we meet our Safety compliance obligations.
• Immediate start
• Casual, however (fulltime hours)
• 8/6 roster Wed to Wed 6am-6pm
• Accommodation available for FIFO/DIDO, plus daily travel
• $58hr
• Applicants can be Local, FIFO or DIDO.

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Current Drivers Licence
• 5 years’ experience as a trainer in a similar role and ideally on a major infrastructure project or similar.
• Adaptable and able to work in a high-volume role, whilst working on site as part of a team.
• Process and planning oriented with great attention to detail.
• Proven ability to deliver programs in classroom settings to diverse groups of people.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
