🍇GRAPE PICKING – MARGARET RIVER | HARVEST SEASON 2026 🍇

PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING

We are receiving lots of enquiries, so please note the following important information:

General Harvest Information (2026):
• Grape picking in Margaret River usually starts mid-February, depending on weather conditions
• The season traditionally finishes around April, but this is weather-dependent
• Work is generally Monday–Friday, however picking depends entirely on grape ripeness and weather
• A car is a priority due to distance — carpooling may be organised, but people with cars will get priority
• Accommodation must be organised by workers — we do not provide accommodation

What you’ll need:
• Hat
• Closed-in shoes
• Water
• Sunscreen
• Picking snips

Pay Information:
• Paid by bucket (piece rate) — the faster you pick, the more you earn
• Minimum pay is the award rate of $30.78/hour, in line with Fair Work Australia guidelines

Visa Information:
• YES — grape picking counts as farm work for 2nd & 3rd year Working Holiday Visas

📌 If you are interested in Applying please message us on Facebook with:
• Full name
• Phone number
• Your current location
• Whether you have accommodation
• Whether you have a car and/or who you are travelling with
• When you are available to start
