We employ people across agriculture, horticulture, viticulture and forestry projects throughout regional Australia.
We recruit for a range of roles, including seasonal fieldwork, machinery operation, supervision, administration and other specialist positions.
🍇 WORKING HOLIDAY MAKERS
We offer seasonal employment opportunities across vineyards, orchards and farms throughout Margaret River and Western Australia’s South West.
HARVEST SEASON 🍇
Our busiest recruitment period generally runs from late January to April, with increased recruitment for grape harvesting and other seasonal agricultural and horticultural work.
Due to the high number of applications we receive and the short notice often involved in filling positions, Working Holiday Makers should already be located in Perth, Margaret River or the surrounding South West region when applying. Applicants who are already in the area will generally be given priority.
PRUNING SEASON ✂️
Vineyard pruning generally runs from June to August.
Working Holiday Maker positions during pruning are limited and may not be available every year, as most of our pruning requirements are completed by our established PALM scheme workforce.
🚜 EXPERIENCED & SKILLED APPLICANTS
We welcome enquiries from experienced applicants throughout the year, particularly those with substantial hands-on experience in:
• Tractor and agricultural machinery operation
• Grape harvester and cherry picker operation
• Excavator and forklift operation
• Heavy rigid truck driving
• Vineyard, orchard and farm work
• Irrigation and chemical application
• Chainsaw and forestry work
• Supervision and team leadership
Applicants should have genuine industry experience gained through ongoing employment or several seasons of relevant work, rather than only a single short-term seasonal placement.
If you have a strong agricultural background, relevant licences or proven machinery experience, we encourage you to contact us even when a specific vacancy is not currently advertised.
