Announcing our first speaker for our 1st July event: Shria Rambiritch!

Shria is the Co -Founder Fildesk & Multi-Concept Restaurant Owner. She built a #1-ranked restaurant in Boracay in just 6 months, Featured in Tatler, Esquire & the New York Post.

Shria has built, scaled and operated 6 international venues. Her journey, however, hasn’t been linear. From building a #1-ranked restaurant in Boracay to navigating shutdowns, failed partnerships, and starting over in a new country, she has learned the hard way that growth without structure can break even the most promising businesses.

Today, through Fildesk, she helps small business owners gain clarity over their numbers and build systems for sustainable, profitable growth. This month Shria will be sharing how she went from scaling fast to losing control then rebuilding smarter.
