The Role
Position: Distribution Officer
Reports To: Commercial Manager
Location: Chitungwiza
Interacts With; Sales team and Head of departments
Job Purpose: Coordinating and managing the efficient distribution of products from the
manufacturing plant to depots, wholesalers, retailers and key customers country wide.
Job Specification
The Distribution Officer role will be responsible for, inter alia:
• Ensuring timely deliveries
• Planning and coordinating distribution of products
• Transport and fleet management
• Coordinating inventory and warehouse activities.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Preparing and submitting distribution reports to management on daily, weekly and
monthly basis
Candidate Specification
Experience Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
Experience in edible oil, agriculture products or bulk commodities
distribution is an added advantage
Education Level Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management / Business
Administration/ or any relevant field
Knowledge of Zimbabwe transport routes and regulatory requirements
Inventory management systems
SAP is an added advantage
Skills and Ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems
Work accurately under pressure and meet set deadlines.
Strong planning and organization skills
Personality Excellent communication and analytical skills
Detail oriented and proactive
High level of integrity and accountability
Results driven with a focus on operational efficiency

The Role
Position: Stores Controller x1
Reports To: General Manager-Operations
Job Purpose: Managing, securing, and optimizing organization's inventory by monitoring
stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating with other departments.
Job Specification
The Stores Controller role will be responsible for, inter alia:
• Managing all Stores issues through the SAP system
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring receiving and issuing of stock materials
• Receiving inspecting, recording, safekeeping and distributing stock materials
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Ensuring proper documentation on the movement of stock items
• Setting up and maintaining minimum stock levels and re-order levels
• Reconciling stocks on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Taking part in monthly stocktaking and help to investigate any variances
• Processing stock items received, returned vouchers and or credit notes
• Planning the stores layout and arrangement of inventory
• Ensuring adherence to stores policies and procedures
• Preparing and submitting stores reports to management as and when required
Candidate Specification
Experience Minimum of three (3) years working in a similar position
Education Level Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management/Finance/ or any relevant
field

Qualifications And Experience

implementing effective solutions.

• Adhere to safety protocols / procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel on instruments operation
and troubleshooting.
