Don’t just tell the interviewer you’re “hardworking” or “good with people.”

PROVE IT.

When answering questions, give a short, specific example of a situation where you used that skill.

Instead of:
❌ “I’m good at handling difficult people.”

Say:
✅ “In my previous role, I dealt with a difficult customer by staying calm, listening to their concern, and finding a solution that worked for both of us.”

Remember: Anyone can claim they have a skill. Your example is what makes it believable.
