Rhokana consists of three business divisions;
Rhokana Engineering – As Rhokana Engineering we are proud partners with Walker Technical Resource Limited™, we are the sole providers of Technowrap™ in South Africa. Technowrap™ is an efficient and cost effective method composite pipework repair technology. With our innovative product, facilities and production remains operational, while avoiding the need for expensive replacements. Rhokana Artisan Hire CC is our sister company. It serves as an artisan hire and labour management service, placing and managing staff for our clients a variety of professional fields. Rhokana artisans and expert labour have completed contracts with the general engineering, paper and pulp, sugar, chemical, mining and textile industries with favorable references on request. We pride ourselves with supplying on demand, skilled personnel of all disciplines at market related and competitive rates. Through screening of all staff is undertaken by our qualified personnel to ensure the highest levels of professionals and quality are maintained for your business needs. Our high quality service is on call 24 hours a day. We provide skilled personnel such as engineers, draughtsman and artisans to our select clients. As representatives of Rhokana, our staff are all qualified and experienced within the engineering field, able to understand and discuss any issues experienced at the factory floor level. At Rhokana staff outsourcing is one of our specialties, enabling your company to engage a workforce dependent to the workload, relieving companies of obligations to permanent staff. Rhokana Staff Solutions is our specialized permanent placement consultancy. We specialize in providing recruitment and staffing solutions to all industries within the Engineering, Manufacturing and Healthcare sector. Our Team
The company is owned by Keith Fordyce, who is also the original founder. Keith is a qualified Mechanical Engineer in excess of 20 years’ experience in the area of Mechanical Engineering and outsourced staffing solutions. Keith and his team pride themselves in their professional integrity, specialist orientation and ability to deliver consistent high levels of service within limited timeframes, still ensuring that the highest code of ethics are practiced at all times, continuously raising the bar within the Recruitment Sector. Our team, consisting of three specialized Accounts Managers, has an expansive network which allows us to work purely on referrals and recommendations, and therefore searching for unknown applicants on various websites is not our preference.
