Human Resources Manager, Cape Town
Job Responsibilities:
Performance Management and Improvement Systems
Formulation of policies and processes on disciplinary process
Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate slates
Identify channels to source and recruit diverse candidates and build pipelines of suitable profiles to recruit across different levels in the business.
Spot-check compliance of HRBPs, Managers and Supervisors in documenting cases
Implementation of the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct
Employee Retention
Formulation of policies and processes with regard to HR
Design, improve and ensure adherence to the Security Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreement
Assist the department heads in designing or improving the Zero Tolerance Policy
Ensure adherence of HR employees on the applicable policies, i.e. Security Policy, Disciplinary Policy, etc.
Vendor Management relationship
Qualifications:
At least 8 years of experience in HR, at least 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager.
Knowledge in Policy Development and Implementation of Code of Conduct
Exposure to Labor Laws and Human Resource functions
Flexible working in rotational/shifting schedule
