Residents of local municipality who applied since 1996 to 2021 for a housing subsidy provided by government through services such as breaking new ground (BNG) which was previously known as the RDP.

▪️Be 18 years or older
▪️Be single and have financial dependants
▪️Not earn more than R3500 per month per household
Never received a government subsidy before
▪️Have never
a house in the past
