📢 We are hiring: Growth Marketing Specialist, Part-Time Remote

KCV Executives is looking for a South Africa-based Growth Marketing Specialist with solid experience in B2B growth marketing, inbound marketing, lead generation, CRM activity, email campaigns, funnels, SEO, content marketing, and performance reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked on marketing campaigns from start to finish, understands how to attract and nurture leads, and can turn marketing activity into measurable business growth.

You must be confident working independently, using initiative, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-moving marketing function.

📌 Experience required:
✅ 3+ years’ experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, inbound marketing, or demand generation
✅ Strong B2B marketing experience
✅ Experience building and optimising lead generation funnels
✅ Experience with CRM systems, email campaigns, and marketing automation
✅ Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, and website optimisation
✅ Ability to track campaign performance and report on key metrics
✅ Confident using AI tools such as Claude AI to support marketing research, planning, and content output
