* Wheel and deal - Cold calling /customer database development.
* Must be well groomed, excellent communicator, experienced in corporate negotiations and deals.
* Must come with own database and extensive network.
* Be proactive at all times, create and develop own deals.
* Money hungry, A-type personality who is positive and motivated.
* Car license is a must and own reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities

* Identify potential clients/ business opportunities.

Our company in Sandton is seeking an innovative and dedicated UI & UX specialist with proven track record of 8 years +experience to join our team. The candidate must produce high-quality work and create user-friendly digital products for the web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities
Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behavior.

Requirements and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8+years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Invision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Skilled in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Animate, and Front-End (HTML, CSS, WEB flow, JavaScript & WordPress)
A team player but can work independently too.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a Senior Product/Fintech Development Specialist coming from the banking industry to join the project team; someone who has product development knowledge & experience as well as solid Fintech technical and project expertise, who will be able to lead the team in terms of product and Fintech development and requirements.
The candidate will be required to oversee the development, management and launch (roll out) of our Fintech products, working with cross functional teams to ensure innovative and user-friendly solutions that align with market needs and business objectives.
The Product/Fintech specialist is responsible for changing, modifying & streamlining the product development portfolio, design new products and be a key player in advising and strategizing with internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Mature person with at least 8 - 10 years or more experience in Banking Product Development/Fintech who is proactive in managing the different aspects of banking products & services projects and provides project status updates and setting up timelines.
