We are dedicated to the generation of brand led business growth through the power of implementable brand ideas that leads to brand prosperity. Brand prosperity works on several levels:

- Business and shareholder prosperity is built on brands and IP associated with brands (eg. Apple is rapidly moving up the brand value list – from 17th – 8th from 2010 – 2011 based on Apple’s new platforms –

compared with IBM who have remained fairly constant)

- Brands are able to charge a premium (generally)

- People prefer to work for reputable brands

- Brands give the brander competitive advantage

If you’re an ideas driven digital specialist with agency experience, strong project management skills and a passion for social media, we want to hear from you.

You’ll need:
✨ 3 to 5 years agency experience
✨ Digital, TTL or BTL experience
✨ Hands on digital project management experience
✨ Experience with Jira, Asana or similar platforms
✨ Social media calendar and coordination experience
✨ Influencer management experience

A year ago, most of the conversation around GWM had settled on one thing: where the cars were made. For a lot of people, that was the whole verdict, reached before they'd looked any closer.

A year later, the question changed completely. Getting there had very little to do with advertising harder and a lot to do with understanding people first. We've written up what that shift taught us about how brands actually earn their place.
