Meet Nomihlali Ntsunguzi, the founder/CEO of Nissi Human Capital Solutions.
Having worked in the Human Resources field for close to two decades, she was motivated to see people succeed by helping them make a positive impact in their work environments.
Drawing from a wealth of experience, garnered by partnering with some of the most exclusive clients in South Africa, she was inspired her to start Nissi Human Capital.
A company that offers a full suite of human resource development services including: HR Strategy development, operating model review and design, organizational design, etc.
The firm belief that it is all about the client is what Nomihlali and her team apart.
This means they do not subscribe to the ‘one size fits all’ approach but listen to the client and provide solutions that specifically meet their needs.
Also, their processes encourage story telling of the past successes and journeying together to the future, while aligning individual, leadership, and team goals to inspire excellence.
