Every year, youth employment programmes launch with a press release and a target. Few come back to show the world what actually happened.

Our 2026 Impact Report and the policy findings from our first Lula Talks convening are both live — together, they tell the story behind 17,660 young South Africans placed into work since 2019, a 92.1% peak absorption rate, and R292.9M+ in stipends disbursed along the way.

Phoziswa, Mapula and Sanelisiwe are building independent futures. 💙

Through the New Venture Creation Learnership, these three women gained more than workplace experience. They gained the confidence, skills and opportunities to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

Lulaway participated in the JC Bez Regional Congress this past weekend, where we joined important conversations about supporting workers and creating opportunities for the future.

Through our partnership with NUMSA, the Retrenchment Assistance Programme continues to help retrenched workers build new futures through upskilling, reskilling, career guidance, and access to employment opportunities.

We believe that every transition is an opportunity for growth. By investing in people and their potential, we're helping workers gain the skills, confidence, and support they need to take the next step in their careers.
