Cohort 2 is underway! 🚀

Our second cohort of Harmony youth has officially started their New Venture Creation (NVC) training through the Lulaway Skills Academy.

The programme will equip participants with practical business and entrepreneurial skills, helping them build a strong foundation for future income-generating opportunities.

We’re excited to follow their progress as they move through the programme and take the next steps towards skills development and economic participation.

One opportunity can change your outlook on the future. ❤️

When Lebang Khubu joined the Lularides and Tshipi e Ntle programme, he was unemployed and looking for a chance to gain experience and build a better future.

The journey wasn’t always easy. Learning to ride confidently took practice, discipline and determination. But with the support of his trainers, Lebang pushed through the challenges and gained more than just practical skills, he gained confidence.

Today, earning an income means he can support himself and contribute at home. He’s now looking ahead with new goals: growing his career, securing permanent employment and one day becoming an entrepreneur.

His message to other young people is one worth remembering:

“Don’t give up. Apply for every opportunity and keep learning.”

We’re proud of Lebang and the journey he’s taken, and thankful to Tshipi e Ntle Manganese Mining - PtyLtd for helping create a pathway from opportunity to experience, confidence and hope.
